Our tension coil on our old door had broken, and we had already been planning to get a new door in the summer, but with an expedited plan, we had no trouble getting them here to install even in the midst of a bunch of snow in some very cold weather. Even with a quick turnaround on our door order, Quality Door sent someone out to give us a temporary fix on our broken coil while we waited for our new door so that we could continue to use our old one. The price was better than others in the area for a similar door, the service was top notch, and the install was short; I would definitely recommend this company.”
